A-Plus® 100% Premium Acrylic Latex is a water-based architectural paint with exceptional hiding power and durability. It is suitable for both interior and exterior concrete, wood, and primed metal surfaces. Once cured, it forms a smooth and even finish that is durable and has good resistance to stains and molds. It is environment friendly, low-odor, non toxic, and does not contain any harmful heavy metals such as lead. It allows easy mixing as well as providing excellent adhesion and coverage thereby saving on cost and labor.

Waterproofing(Optional): A-Plus® Concrete Bond or A-Plus Water-Check®

Skimcoat(Optional): For a luxuriously smooth finish, use A-Plus® Skimcoat 501/503
Topcoat: A-Plus® Premium Acrylic Latex(any sheen and/or color)
For Wooden Surfaces:
Primer: A-Plus® Premium Acrylic Flat Latex 1701
Putty: A-Plus® Enamel Glazing Putty
Topcoat: A-Plus® Premium Acrylic Latex(any sheen and/or color)

Sheen: Available in Flat, Semi-Gloss, and Gloss finishes
Coverage: 25-30 sqm per gallon/coat
Surface Dry: 30 mins – 1 hr
Recoat Interval: 1 hr
Dry Through: 2 hrs
Thinning: Use as supplied. If necessary, thin with not more than 125mL water per gallon paint.
Tinting: Mix with A-Plus® Acri-Tinting Colorants to achieve desired shades. Maximum of 1/4L colorant per 4L paint. Hansa Yellow and Toluidine Red are for interior use only.
Clean-up Solvent: Water
