A-Plus PowerRoof® is a premium pure Acrylic water-based roofing paint designed to provide excellent beautification and protection for roofs. The paint dries to a glossy, tough, durable, and dirt-resisting finish. It can be applied on most common roof materials like galvanized iron sheets and cementitious roof tiles. It also has heat reflective properties which helps minimize transfer of solar heat to the house’s interiors.

Painting Procedure on Metal Substrate:
- If previously painted, strip off all loose and chalking paint. If rust is present, sand with large grit sandpaper after applying A-Plus® Rust Converter to roughen surface.
- Primer: Un-Galvanized or rusted metal roof sheets should be pre-painted with at least 2 coats of A-Plus PowerRoof® Anti-Corrosive Primer or Glazer Galva-Plus® Epoxy Primer.
- Topcoat: Apply 2-3 coats of your choice color of A-Plus PowerRoof®. Allow 2-3 hours drying time between each coat.
Painting Procedure on Cementitious Roofing:
- If previously painted, strip off all loose and chalking paint and sand to roughen surface.
- Waterproofing: Observe proper concrete curing schedule. For positive side waterproofing on areas such as roofdecks, etc., apply 3-4 coats of a mixture of A-Plus® Concrete Bond with portland cement at 1-Ltr to 1-Kg ratio. Pot life is approx 4 hours. Allow 2-3 hours drying between each coat. For superior waterproofing on both positive and negative side water pressure, apply 2-3 coats of A-Plus Water-Check®.
- Topcoat: Apply 2-3 coats of your choice color of A-Plus PowerRoof®. Allow 2-3 hours drying time between each coat.
