Putty: Patch up minor surface imperfections with fully mixed components of A-Plus A&B® Heavy-Duty Marine Epoxy Adhesive. Sand lightly then spot prime before proceeding with topcoat. Topcoat: Apply at least 2 coats of A-Plus Sea Master® Marine Boot Topping Paint using either a brush, roller, or spray. Mix well before using. PREPARATION Surface to be painted must be thoroughly cleaned, free from any contaminants that can affect adhesion such as wax, oil, grease, rust, and loose particles. Sandblasting or powertool-assisted cleaning should be performed on highly corroded steel surfaces prior to painting. If previously painted, strip off all loose and chalking paint with A-Plus Supertanggal® Paint Remover. Avoid painting under extreme environmental conditions and/ or bad weather conditions. MIX WELL before using.     SPECIFICATION Principal Uses: For marking the waterline/seawater level of boats, ships, and vessels.
