Glazer Duramel® Automotive Enamel is a premium industrial grade high-build Alkyd-based Enamel paint that cures to a very tough and durable glossy film. It is highly recommended for industrial and export applications suitable for metal and wood surfaces.

Painting Procedure on Metal Surfaces:

  1. Primer: Un-Galvanized or rusted metal substrates should be pre-painted with at least 1 coat of a premium quality anti-corrosive metal primer such as A-Plus® Metal Primer Red Oxide or Glazer Galva-Plus® Epoxy Primer.
  2. Putty: Fix minor surface imperfections using A-Plus Polytite® Polyester Body Filler then sand until smooth.
  3. Topcoat: Apply 1-2 coats of your choice color of Glazer Duramel® Automotive Enamel Paint. Allow at least 4-6 hours drying time between each coat.

Painting Procedure on Wooden Surfaces:

  1. Primer: Apply at least 2 coats of A-Plus® Flatwall Enamel White or Glazer Galva-Plus® Epoxy Primer.
  2. Putty: Fix minor surface imperfections with A-Plus® Enamel Glazing Putty. Allow to dry before sanding.
  3. Topcoat: Apply 1-2 coats of your choice color of Glazer Duramel® Automotive Enamel Paint. Allow at least 4-6 hours drying time between each coat.

Principal Uses:Interior/Exterior: Properly primed metal and wood surfaces such as doors, doorjambs, cabinets, shelves, and many more.

Sheen: Gloss

Coverage: 25-30 sqm per gallon / coat

Surface Dry: 4-6 hrs

Recoat Interval: 6 hrs

Dry Through: 6-8 hrs

Thinning: Use as supplied. If necessary, thin with not more than 2L of A-Plus® PG Enamel Reducer per 4L paint

Clean-up Solvent: A-Plus® PG Enamel Reducer

Application: Brush/Roller/Spray

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Standard Shipping Our delivery lead time for Metro Manila is 2-4 business days; For Luzon Area, 5-7 business days; and for Visayas and Mindanao, it is 7-10 business days. Same Day Delivery Same Day Delivery is currently only available within Metro Manila from Mondays to Saturdays. Same Day Delivery is on payment first before delivery policy. The delivery rate is based on the rates provided by our courier partner Grab Express via their Grab Express App. Payment can be settled via GCash, or Bank Transfer through Instapay at BDO or Unionbank.
Courier Partners tgconehub.com’s trusted partner couriers are Entrego, Gogo, and Grab Express. Delivery through LBC can be considered as an alternative on a case-to-case basis. If your location is not within the serviceable area of our main partner couriers. However, shipping fees will be according to LBC rates and payment must be settled first before delivery. Cash On Pickup is currently not available thru LBC.
Orders Outside Of The Philippines We currently don't serve international orders on a large scale. You may get in touch with us if you need help with orders of this nature as we can work out a plan for your order. You can order from outside of the Philippines provided the item will be delivered to a Philippine address.
