Hanscoat® Automotive Pure Acrylic Primer Surfacer is a primer surfacer for Hanscoat® Automotive Finishes. It is used as an intermediate coat between the undercoat and the basecoat. It exhibits excellent adhesion and rust prevention, making it ideal for durable and long-lasting automotive finishes.

- Undercoat Primer: Apply at least 2 coats of Hanscoat® Automotive Anti-Corrosive Epoxy Primer or Hanscoat® 2K Polyurethane Anti-Corrosion Primer as undercoat.
 - Putty: Repair all major dents and surface imperfections with A-Plus Polytite® Polyester Body Filler. For minor surface imperfections, patch up with Hanscoat® Automotive Pure Acrylic Putties.
 - Primer Surfacer: Apply at least 2 coats of Hanscoat® Pure Acrylic Primer Surfacer or Hanscoat® 2K Polyurethane Spray Filler to act as an intermediate coat between the undercoat, putty, and the basecoat. Allow 15 minutes flash-off time between each coat.
 - Basecoat: Choose desired color from Hanscoat® Automotive Pure Acrylic Paint as basecoat. Apply 2-3 full basecoats.
 - Topcoat: Finish with 2-3 full coats of Hanscoat® Automotive Pure Acrylic Topcoat Clear or Hanscoat® 2K Polyurethane Topcoat Clear.
 - Allow 10-15 mins flash-off time between each coat. Bake at 60°C for 30 mins or air dry for at least 6-8 hours (Pure Acrylic System) and 18-24 hours (2K Polyurethane System)
