RAYCOAT  PU WATERPROOFING is a cold applied, single component, PU Hybrid Membrane which offers great stability and durability. It is flexible, tough, and fast curing capable of drying in 6-8 hours depending on the number of coats and temperature. Raycoat PU Waterproofing can bridge and seal hairline cracks. Its properties make it an excellent choice for achieving perfect waterproofing on a multitude of surfaces and substrates. 

APPLICATION 

  • All substrates must be cleaned and sound prior to waterproofing.
  • The substrate must be visibly dry.
  • Apply Raycoat Acryprime to concrete substrate. Primer is not needed for G.I. roofs.
  • Apply Raycoat PU Waterproofing onto the substrate using a roller, brush, or spray.
  • Allow 2-4 hours in between each coat depending on thickness and atmospheric conditions.
  • 2-3 coats of Raycoat PU Waterproofing is recommended for concrete firewalls and GI roofing. 4-6 coats is recommended for
     concrete roof decks especially for foot trafficable roof decks

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Standard Shipping Our delivery lead time for Metro Manila is 2-4 business days; For Luzon Area, 5-7 business days; and for Visayas and Mindanao, it is 7-10 business days. Same Day Delivery Same Day Delivery is currently only available within Metro Manila from Mondays to Saturdays. Same Day Delivery is on payment first before delivery policy. The delivery rate is based on the rates provided by our courier partner Grab Express via their Grab Express App. Payment can be settled via GCash, or Bank Transfer through Instapay at BDO or Unionbank.
Courier Partners tgconehub.com’s trusted partner couriers are Entrego, Gogo, and Grab Express. Delivery through LBC can be considered as an alternative on a case-to-case basis. If your location is not within the serviceable area of our main partner couriers. However, shipping fees will be according to LBC rates and payment must be settled first before delivery. Cash On Pickup is currently not available thru LBC.
Orders Outside Of The Philippines We currently don't serve international orders on a large scale. You may get in touch with us if you need help with orders of this nature as we can work out a plan for your order. You can order from outside of the Philippines provided the item will be delivered to a Philippine address.
